The Sacramento Scandinavian Festival scheduled for

April 17th, 2021 is cancelled

In response to the continued public health and safety concerns related to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 37th Sacramento Scandinavian Festival scheduled for April 17th, 2021 has been cancelled.  

While we are sad to announce this cancellation, we do so for the well-being of our community, guests, volunteers and committee staff.  We thank you for your continued support and your understanding during these tumultuous times.

We hope to see you next year for the 38th Sacramento Scandinavian Festival on Saturday, April 9th, 2022.


Annual Sacramento Scandinavian Festival vendor and exhibitor information and forms

Our next festival will be on Saturday, April 9th, 2022

Please read application forms carefully as they have changed from prior years forms.  Two points of note are:

  • At least 50 percent of the exhibits/demonstrations must have an inherently Scandinavian theme or be of Scandinavian origin.  
  • Prepared food sales not affiliated with any of the Festival parent groups (Monitor, Sierra Kronan, Finlandia, Daughters of Norway and Sons of Norway) are not allowed.
